Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the entire United States. In addition, we ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and Malaysia. For international orders, contact us so that we can qualify your country’s regulations.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We partner with FedEx as well as reputable common carriers to get your products to you quickly. Since Enviroguard products ship from our PA factory, your delivery time will vary based upon proximity. For orders going to many parts of the Northeast and Southeast, standard delivery is 1-2 business days. Whereas orders going to the west coast typically 4-5 business days. You can always track your order with the code provided on your invoice. If for some reason you have trouble receiving your order, please call us at (888) 933-4554 from 8am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday. I need my order fast! Can I pay for expedited shipping?

If for any reason you need to receive your order fast, you can expedite the processing of your order for an additional fee. If you have any questions, you can reach us at (888) 933-4554 from 8am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday. If requesting “next day service”, call us by 12pm ET so that your order can be picked, packed and shipped.

I haven’t received my shipment. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your order and the tracking information indicates that it’s been delivered, just contact us at (888) 933-4554 from 8am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday., and we’ll take care of you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We try to fill and ship your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent an order from shipping. When do you charge my credit card?

We charge your card at the time we take your order, just as we start preparing it for shipment. If for some reason something happens during the process, we’ll reach out to you, and don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, EFT and Checks (including check by phone).

How long is my coupon code valid?

Your coupon code is good to go for the period indicated within an advertisement (unless otherwise noted) after it was first generated.

Where is the factory?

The factories are in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania and in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. We now have a support, distribution and training center in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Are all of the products U.S. Made?

Yes. Every product that we manufacture is proudly made in the U.S.A.
